When was the last time you looked under your saddle? All wool paneled saddles need to be reflocked on a regular basis, usually once a year depending  on the amount of riding you do.

Even the best fitting saddle can suffer in time from lumpy flock and unevenly flocked panels.

Has your horse increased or decreased in his/her condition or muscle tone? 

Are you using rear gel pads or riser pads? Does your saddle move side to side when you’re riding?

These are just a few situations that can be rectified by altering the flock or giving your saddle completely new flock.

This allows your saddle to breathe, soak up sweat from your horses coat and conform to your horses back to form well fitting panels

Trained under the guidance of David May, a Master Saddler at the Cumbria School of Saddlery in England we offer a skilled and reasonably priced reflocking service.

Lifts and partial reflocking can be completed at your barn. Saddles requiring all new flock will be taken back to our shop at which time we also check for any minor repairs that may be needed.
